  1. Place eggs unbroken into a sprayed pot on medium high and cover for 8-10 minutes until firm and cooked. *If you poke the yolk(yellow) of the egg and it is firm than you know it’s fully cooked.
  2. Toast two slices of bread then place your spinach evenly onto the two pieces of toast. Place one egg on each piece of toast and topped with as much mustard as you can handle!
