So you like things HOT?!!
When it comes to sauces that pack a serious kick to the booty nothing comes close like spicy hot Sriracha sauce! If you don;t know what i’m talking about…Sriracha (Thai: ศรีราชา, is a type of hot sauce or chili sauce made from a paste of chili peppers, distilled vinegar, garlic, sugar, and salt. It is named after the coastal city of Si Racha, in Chonburi Province of eastern Thailand, where it was possibly first produced for dishes served at local seafood restaurants

If you’ve never tasted the stuff then I HIGHLY recommend you give it a chance; who knows you might swap it out for ketchup the next time you make a cheeseburger! Okay maybe giving up ketchup is a little bit much but hey it got my point across so whatever folks, i’m just happy to have options on what I put on or in my food 😀
I admit I saw someone on reddit make these awhile ago and I really thought they would be good to make and to put a real recipe out in the world would be a pretty awesome thing so here it is and oh yeah the dipping sauce was very very good.
