  1. Add enough oil to create a thin layer in a medium high heat pan. Add the cayenne and chili powder to the heated oil. Sauté the shrimp until easily pierced.
  2. In a food processor, blend up the cauliflower for a few seconds then add in the milk until you get the mashed consistency you want. *My regular food processor was unavailable. I used this less powerful Hamilton Beach blender to create essentially some nice cauli rice lol.
  3. Sauté a little bit of garlic with some oil. Add in the soy sauce after the greens have softened.
  4. So simple, yet so satisfying
  5. Add a bit of Parmesan cheese to the top of the kale; now we’re talking!!!
