Here is an easy weeknight(or every night) tasty dish that can be made in under 10 minutes!!
There are only 3 main ingredients that you will need.
If you can make a PB&J then you have a good chance of making this dish a great success!
This recipe is loaded with all the good high quality nutrients that your body craves after a hard workout; or a a long Netflix N’ Chill session lol.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Oil (vegetable oil used here) $0.06
- 1 dozen medium sized shrimp $1.10
- 1 cup kale (frozen chopped) $0.31
- 1/2 tbsp Minced Garlic $0.04
- 1 tsp Soy sauce $0.03
- 1/2 tsp salt & pepper $0.02
- 1 cup Cauliflower $0.26
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder $0.03
- 1/2 tsp cayenne powder $0.03
- 1 tsp milk (water) $0.01
Servings: serving
Instructions
- Add enough oil to create a thin layer in a medium high heat pan. Add the cayenne and chili powder to the heated oil. Sauté the shrimp until easily pierced.
- In a food processor, blend up the cauliflower for a few seconds then add in the milk until you get the mashed consistency you want. *My regular food processor was unavailable. I used this less powerful Hamilton Beach blender to create essentially some nice cauli rice lol.
- Sauté a little bit of garlic with some oil. Add in the soy sauce after the greens have softened.
- So simple, yet so satisfying
- Add a bit of Parmesan cheese to the top of the kale; now we're talking!!!
