Take your frozen Salmon out and cook per instructions of box.
*I cheated a bit and cooked for 6 minutes in the microwave flipping every 3 minutes.
Grab a good amount of frozen veggies and place into a non stick pan on the stove top.

Cover your frozen veggies and cook for about 8 Minutes on medium high heat.
Add your sauce packet that came with your vegetables and any extra seasonings and cook for another 2 minutes or until sauce has fully melted…easy!
Mix the sauce, seasonings and the juice of half a lime or 1 small lime together and remove from heat. Let the stir fry sit uncovered for a couple of minutes and it will thicken up.
Plate your stir fry and add in your cooked salmon.
