Place chicken thighs into a “Zip-Loc” bag with sauce and shake well to coat all of the chicken pieces. Place into refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to marinate before grilling.
Divide chicken among three tortillas adding whatever condiments you’d like(I used dijon mustard).
*Ideas. . . could be lettuce leaves, roasted peppers, hot sauce, sour cream, yogurt, spinach leaves, etc.
