Put your roast into your slow cooker/crock pot and lightly oil the meat followed by using your dry rub to cover all of the meat on all sides(important).
After you have adding your dry rub and have your roast in the slow cooker; cover and set to low and let it cook for at least 8 hours.
*Add any vegetables you’d like carrots, potatoes, celery, beans, etc…
After about 8(or more) hours you can take your meat out and let it sit for 10 minutes before slicing it up so all of the delicious juices stay inside.
