Easier Chicken Quesadillas

I’m updating an old recipe for my chicken quesadillas to an even easier chicken quesadillas recipe. If you take a look at my recipes you’ll know that I am all about saving time, money and my stress in the kitchen.
So, with that kept in mind let me show you probably the easiest way to prepare chicken quesadillas. I used frozen veggies this time which is easier for me other wise the fresh stuff tends to spoil before I can use them. My garden is feeling the cold weather a bit too soon for my liking so it’s frozen veggies til next spring again lol.

Ingredients
- 3 small flour tortillas $0.09
- 1 large boneless chicken breast $0.88
- 1/2 cup frozen peppers/onions $0.49
- 1/2 cup frozen mushrooms $0.39
- 1 cup shredded cheese $0.90
- 1 tbsp Butter $0.19
- 1 tsp cumin $0.03
- 3 cloves Minced Garlic $0.24
- 1/4 cup Salsa $0.32

Instructions
- Shred your cooked chicken into small bits. *It's easier to shred when cold and with two forks.
- Grab a pan and cook up your frozen or fresh veggies. Add cumin, minced garlic.
- Cheat #1
- Cheat #2 "Hey their really handy in a pinch."
- After you've heated up your chicken plus veggies add in the salsa.
- Mix these up well and remove from pan into a bowl or plate.
- Add some butter back into your still hot pan.
- Add the chicken mix plus the shredded cheese to each tortilla like pictured. Only half a tortilla is filled.
- Place tortillas into the pan and let the butter do it's delicious thing. Flip tortilla over after about 30 seconds.
- Use a little hot sauce or dip your Easier Chicken Quesadillas into some tasty salsa.
