Take out your ground turkey and add that to the pan and cook until lightly browned.
Now in a large pot add your diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic and onions plus beans.
Add the browned meat, tomato paste and seasonings.
Let this simmer covered for at least 30 minutes but you may go longer for an even better flavor.
Take off heat keep covered and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
*You can place the extra chili in containers and freeze for later consumption. Place frozen chili in microwave and defrost for a few minutes for a fast ready to go meal.
