Looking over my recipe it seems that for whatever reason beef has been maybe not neglected, but definitely under utilized on my blog.
Today, let’s fix that by whipping up a simple tasty beef and broccoli meal with my own twist on it. Using ground beef is most people’s favorite way to get creative with beef. I could eat steak everyday if that were even possible. If people didn’t enjoy it so much there wouldn’t be entire restaurants dedicated to this highly rated meat . . .aka steakhouses.
Ground beef is such a versatile food that every culture has made their own versions of this dish in some form or another. From Asian stir fry’s, Mexican tacos,
European meat pies and on and on.
Life is best when kept simple. Beef and Broccoli folks.
