great northern beans

Instructions
Start by heating a non stick pan on medium high add your butter/oil and saute minced garlic and onions until tender.
Add your drained beans to the pan and add your seasonings, turn heat to medium low and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
Place beans into a food processor or blender and turn on high for 30 seconds. Add in your butter and salt & pepper to taste. Blend until it’s mixed!
Spoon out your fake mashed potatoes and enjoy while it’s good n’ warm!
Tip-Place into a airtight container and it stays good for a couple of weeks with just a quick reheat or it’s even good cold. =D
